"Many, many thanks for a fantastic introduction to keeping pigs.
The children, Alison and I loved the
time spent with yourself and your pigs.......so much so that the children and Alison are rather serious about having a breeding pair/group!!!!!
of Kune Kune pigs.
The three weaners that we brought home with us are doing very well..... wandering around the paddock digging
a little here and a little there.
many thanks,
Matthew"
Checking out Jacob the Berkshire breeding boar - looking at his teeth and the development of tusks as well as what makes him a boar
- You can see how scary he is!!
Feeding the 3 month old Berkshire fatteners - when, how, what and how much?
Measuring Lola to calculate how fat she is - sorry, I should say how much she weighs!

How to choose a weaner, What to look for, how to pick it up, ear tag and inject........oh, and not forgetting, how to say ahhhhh!!!
The long journey home with the 3 OSB weaners in a dog crate in the car.......I wonder if Holly and Abigail still had smiles on their
faces when they got home?!
